Strategies and Innovations for the Future of the Group

On February 24th, as every year, the annual international meeting of the SVELT group took place, an event of fundamental importance that saw the participation of all the Italian agents and the managers of the foreign branches, coming from Spain, Ireland and Romania. This meeting, a moment of comparison and updating, represented the occasion to take stock of the activities and results obtained in the previous year, as well as to outline future strategies. During the meeting, the new projects and technological innovations that SVELT intends to implement in the coming months were presented, with the aim of consolidating its presence in international markets and strengthening its leadership in the sector. Furthermore, ample space was dedicated to training and the in-depth study of best practices, in order to guarantee continuous improvement of performance and effective synergy between all the branches. The meeting also represented an opportunity to create moments of networking between the various members of the group, thus strengthening the team spirit and collaboration between the various international offices.

On this occasion, the new features planned for the two-year period 2024/2025 were presented, which include not only the new product lines, but also the promotional campaigns designed to stimulate the growth and expansion of the SVELT group in the various reference markets. In fact, a strategic plan was illustrated that aims to further strengthen the group's leadership position, with particular attention to innovation and the ability to anticipate market trends. The new strategies proposed were designed to respond to the challenges of the sector and the needs of a constantly evolving market, focusing on increasingly efficient and sustainable solutions.

Furthermore, during the meeting, a large space was dedicated to the presentation of the new regulations that are coming into force at national and international level. These regulations, which mainly concern aspects related to safety, the environment and the management of business processes, were explained in detail to ensure that all participants were fully informed and ready to comply with the new obligations. Regulatory updates are a crucial aspect to ensure that SVELT Group operations are always in line with current laws and continue to operate responsibly and transparently, both locally and internationally.
