Designed for welding jobs of Ferrules and Boilers of various sizes

It can be moved by the operator and adapts telescopically to the diameter of the Ferrule or the Boiler / tank.
The peculiarity of our platform is to be ballasted in order to allow the platform overhang over the ferrule.

Allows the operator to weld or inspect the top of the tank in total safety.

The painted steel frame supports a ribbed aluminum column with an aluminum platform complete with parapets that can be opened on all sides.

Telescopically adjustable height from 2.50 m up to 6.00 m (other sizes on request)
The basic structure (frame) is made of painted steel equipped with 4 levelers and 4 solid rubber swiveling wheels diam. 260 mm with brake (internal use only).
The aluminum platform is telescopic height adjustable. It can be raised and lowered using a manual winch equipped with a steel rope. A 2-hook locking hook provides platform support at various altitudes.
Grip points under the frame for forklift truck for possible movement on site.
