Scaffolding Euromedium
m 1,60x0,80 - max height m 7,60
Suitable for heavy duty
Perfect for rental companies, it is designed to save time and number of pieces in assembly
Tower scaffolding system in steel FE360 galvanized against rust.
It is safe to use and easy to assemble.
The crossbars create a perfectly static structure with no swaying at all even at great heights.
This design leaves a wide open space to work on façade.
According to European standards, the operator can access the platform using the frames with steps distance of 30 cm.
With this scaffolding it is not mandatory to use the internal ladders to access the working platforms.
It is innovative and saves money.

Plus
- Vertical ladders incorporated in the structure (frames)
- Fewer parts and assembly + quick (also ideal for rentals)
- Designed according to the most updated European standards
Constructive elements
- The position of the cross bars forms, in each span of the scaffolding, 4 isostatic and non-deformable triangles, which avoid twisting and bending even at great height.
- The Free Span Kit allows you to remove the cross bars on the facade where you work in order to provide a considerable space for the operator's work.
- The fast insertion of the cross bars takes place through the pin welded to the frames.
- To simplify the warehouse all the cross bars are the same (even on the base)
- The non-slip knurled pegs give a stable support.
- The distance between the rungs is 30 cm and allows the operator to climb without using internal ladders.
- Frames A penetrates the long horizontal B, going to compress it.
Thus the scaffolding assumes more stability as it grows in height, as the compression of all the "Frames" elements on all the "horizontal" elements is greater.
- Each base is modular andcompact and does not require screws or tools to be assembled.
- The components have a different color to help the operator identify the elements for assembly and to understand if the scaffolding is correctly assembled:
the base is blue, while the "terminal" and the guardrails are red.
- Working platforms: made up of a steel (or aluminum) frame on which boards of marine mahogany plywood with phenolic gluing (waterproof) are screwed.
Optional
- Steel/wood working platform with trapdoor (m 2,04 x 1,00) - Kg 37
- Aluminium/wood working platform with trapdoor (m 2,04 x 1,00) - Kg 31
- Base steel/wood half-platform
- Additional brake (castors Ø 150 mm)
- Castors Ø 200 mm
- Additional charge for braked castors Ø 200 mm
- 4 safety guardrails compulsory for each intermediate working platform
The video shows the assembly of a MAJOR scaffolding which is identical to the EUROMEDIUM scaffolding assembly system.
Euromedium and Major differ in fact in base dimensions and number of rungs for each frames but not in the mounting system.
